Review: This company is very misleading. We called them in December 2013 to work on our AC Unit. They did some work and they only partially tested it as it was during the winter months. They told us to simply call them when the summer is about to begin and they would finish the testing that they needed to do. They sent us a bill for over $3,000 and fail to itemize anything they did, just one lump sum. We paid them. When the warmer months approached we (as they told us to do and promised they would finish testing) called them to complete the testing and make sure all was repaired properly. They came out and performed some testing....then sent us a bill for $2400.00!! They do not provide any details. Hourly rates and remember, they are the ones who should have completed the work they started in December! They got very rude and just said "pay up". They are dishonest and are a ripoff.Desired Settlement: They should not at all be charging us for the testing and work they did in May 2014 because this was simply to finish what they did in December 2013. Worst of all, my unit still doesn't work!!
