THE TOILET WAS RUNNING SLOW. I PLUNGED SEVERAL TIMES--NO HELP.
I USED A TOILET AUGER SEVERAL TIMES-- SEEMED TO HIT AN OBSTRUCTION AFTER FEED THE CABLE IN 8-12 INCHES. AT THAT POINT I WAS BEYOND MY ABILITY. SO CALLED M&S
MIKE WAS ON TIME. HIS TRUCK IDENTIFIED HIM. HE WAS COURTEOUS,
HE TRIED TO AUGER OBJECT OUT WITH A PLUMBER'S AUGER--NO LUCK.
HE THEN LIFTED THE TOILET, RAN A PROB FROM THE UNDERSIDE AND MANAGED TO PUSH THE OBJECT OUT. HE PUT IN A NEW SEAL WHILE REPLACING THE TOILET. I FEARED I'D NEED A NEW TOILET. SO THIS WAS A VERY GOOD OUTCOME.

He fixed two toilets that our family plumber had abandoned and would/could not fix. We were without hope and without TWO toilets. He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. And best of all, the toilets work!!! It's been a month and the toilets STILL work.

This was done in a timely manner.
