[redacted] ok I am easily satisfied when the job is complete and done at a quality standard I have tried to meet with the owner of ms roofing two separate occasions in which he no call no showed . I asked him to meet me in person so we were on the same page on what needed to be done to the roof to complete the job so he could be paid . He  still has yet to show up Almost 4 months after the job was supposedly done I have only met him once when he quoted the job and he has not even been back to the job to meet with me to go over what is wrong I have tried multiple times with no response only thing I have gotten from him is he will be back when it cools down still has not showed up he can contact whoever he wants to still does not change the fact that I have a badly damaged roof and unsatisfactory job which he has already admitted to over text I have multiple pictures to prove so . The worst part is that he thought it was going to fly and acted like it was a job well done till I called him out on everything I'd hate to see how many homeowners he has done this to that don't even check his low caliber work and don't know any better . I had two separate roofing companies come out to check over the job as well and they were both shocked and  advised me not to pay till something was done about it also the garage was in the bid so and the materials were not upgraded to anything clearly the only thing extra he does outside of his bid is damage your property and litter your yard !!!! I highly advise anyone who reads this to pick a quality contractor who does quality work and doesn't do business over text message cause they are scared to face the facts that they did a horrible job thanks!!!!!

We did install roof when was above 90 degrees and have text with [redacted] who wants [redacted],s on roof fixed we tried to repair he did not like the result so he discussed doing repairs when cooler.So now complaining about it without a chance to repair when cooler.The roof is not leaking. [redacted] the roofing company that came out to inspect ms roofings work for me stated that the job was highly unprofessional and needed to be totally torn off and completely redone there were several exposed nails which will eventually rust and cause leaks he also states that the shingles only had five nails in them and all were suppose to have six nails along with several other defects in the way that it's was roofed . All of these problems occurred when me roofing was supposed to do the job in house like I was told and instead he dubbed all of the work out for 3,000.00 to another company who clearly rushed and took shortcuts based on the money they were given it is totally u professional to do and from what I hear ms roofing does quite often. Neither the owner or anyone who worked for ms roofing was at the job to over see the crew they subbed it to and they were not provided the proper materials to get the job done at a quality standard . This being said they will no longer be able to correct this issue because of the lack of properly being able to do such a job that he garunteed he could accomplish which clearly they are incapable of doing so .the owner should contact his insurance company to pay for all losses I have so I can hire a quality roofing company who is capable of doing a professional job done right the first time .

The customer can not be Satisfied he does not know specs for roof and has complained from beginning nothing wrong with roof installation. So I expect to be paid and have contacted the Represenative from Owens Corning .Also my lawyer so that's the only way to settle this project. We upgraded material and did garage at no cost.

I have reviewed the response **de by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I am sending this e**il to inform you that the water da**ge in my daughters bedroom has been fixed.  The job was completed yesterday...
