I am in receipt of your last letter from the Revdex.com concerning Mr. [redacted] who resides at [redacted].  ID # [redacted].In regards to this claim by him, he cancelled service December 31, 2015, because he received a lower rate from a new hauler.  He was told that he must...

submit in writing to our company a letter stating that he wishes to cancel the service so that it may be terminated.  We never received this letter from him. We require this as a form of termination because with thousands of customers, as you can imagine, sometime a husband cancels, or a wife cancels without the other knowing and then a controversy occurs.  Sometimes customers cancel to go with a lower rate, and then want us to take them back when they receive their invoice from the larger corporation which includes different fees than was promised to them originally, and wish to restart service again.Since we never received a written notice from Mr. [redacted], his account was not cancelled until a full quarter had passed. Once this occurs we automatically cancel out his service. He was very rude and obnoxious on the phone continuously with my office staff throughout this ordeal. Even though he has not followed our required cancellation protocol, I will send Mr. [redacted] his refund back just to show good faith.I understand people have the right to hire any contractor they want, but we also have the right to maintain some kind of orderly function as a company as well.  we simply cannot just have customers cancelling, and signing up, and cancelling all the time without proper notification.  We would be dropping cans, and picking them up , and re dropping them every day, all over our territory.I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.  I did receive your last letter but have been extremely busy with certain tasks the past 2 weeks.Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have.  I will have my office forward the check today.

Please note that Mr. [redacted] is in error, because we did issue his refund check on June 10th, 2016, in the amount of $103.50. It was check number 2810.  Even though it was against our company policy since he never issued written request to cancel service prior to going with another garbage company, I myself decided to over ride our policy and move forward. One thing we cannot stand is customers who are not compliant, and switch from company to company numerous times per year searching to save $1.00.Please note that this should close this account.

MS Waste company does not respond to my emails. I contacted them at least 10 times and received no response and no refund.

Review: A check was mistaking sent to M&S Waste Services, Inc., I have called them 7 times since July and I am told by accounting a refund check will be issued. Each time I call I get the same answer and still have not received the refund. I ask to Speak to the manager [redacted] and I am told he is on a conference call and he will call back, never got a call back. To date I still have not received a refund check.Desired Settlement: A refund check for the amount of the Check $52.08
