I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. This is a year later and I never received the copy is has here and it does not even match with the paper he did while at my house showing me the work done. That is why I requested origal copy of work done. To get the warenty in my name I paid him 100 dollars and he walked the outside and drew where he thought the beams were. It does not match original and I spent a lot of time e mailing and calling and a year later I see it in this form. I don't call that resolved. He promised to sent it atleast 6 times and never did

The reason why the graph he made you on site was not right and maybe he was guessing, and behalf of J R Foundation Repair again we are truly sorryYou do have lifetime transferable warranty on the job. The new graph we sent you is we're the piers are actually located.The best we can do for you send you a check for $100.00 - warranty transfer feed.Thank You.
