Review: I was contacted by [redacted] of M Street Lending asking if I was interested in selling my timeshare because they had someone that was interested in buying into the particular resort I owned in. A contract was executed and signed by all parties and a portion of the fees was paid by me. The closing was to be 4.25.14 but I have heard nothing from [redacted] or the buyers, [redacted] & [redacted] of [redacted] VA [redacted], ###-###-#### phone. I have tried calling, emailing [redacted] and calling the [redacted]'s to no avail. I paid these scammers $1000.00 which I know was foolish. I would like to get my money back. These people are slick and talk a good game. They should be prosecuted.Desired Settlement: Refund of $1000.00
