On September *** I order a two pound cake from Angela's bakery I paid for this cake in full which the amount was $ I asked what time would I be there to pick up the cake I said around or maybe a little later This was a church event so on Sunday September *** myself and other church member were preparing for the church event and time got away from me No one for the bakery called me to ask if I was picking up the cake When I looked a my watch it was about 2pm I then called the bakery and there was no answer I also had a church member go over to the bakery and it was closed I had to order another cake from a different bakery for this event I was unable to go to the bakery the next day but I did go on September ** with my church member that was helping me prepare for the event I asked to speak to the owner when I first got they but was told that they were not here and I could call the next day then the owner came out and spoke to me I explained t
I visited Angela's Bakery on 11/**/to place an order for a cake for my daughter's 21st birthday, which was on 12/**/ They charged $for the cake and gave me a receipt with a pidate and time: 12/*/at 10:a.m
On Saturday, I picked up the cake and it was beautifully designed and decorated and I was quite pleased However, later on in the celebration, when we cut the cake, it was extremely dry and no one ate the cake Most of the cake was tossed in the garbage Matter-of-fact, the very people that referred me to Angela's bakery said the cake was so dry they almost choked This is a place they order from quite frequently
I waited until today, Monday, 12/**/2017, to call Angela's bakery to complain about the quality of the cake and was told the Manager was not in and would be there tomorrow I was then hung up on I call back and again was hung up on Finally on the third call, they put Manuel on the phone, I told him I paid with my hard earned mon
