tire sensor/valve required replacement due to the tire not holding air (leak at the tire sensor) and was replaced at no charge to customer (that was a $repair)On 8/the customer returned for a complimentary oil and filter change and noted that the power outlet in the vehicle was loose, we replaced this part for the customer at no charge ($repair) as a goodwill gesture even though they were well beyond the day limited warranty (which would not have covered that part anyway)On 9/23, the customer returned after getting a flat tire on the Garden State Parkway and at that time also noted that they were hearing an exhaust noise (which was not present at either of the prior visits)The customer does not have any coverage on the vehicle that would cover either of these repairsWe feel that we have already gone above and beyond by providing repairs at no charge which the customer did not have coverage for and we cannot make a pre-owned vehicle newAny repairs that this vehicle needs are the responsibility of the vehicle ownerWe would be happy to offer a 15% discount on the exhaust leak repair
