This is an overdue review which I deeply regret waiting so long to write, but life got in the way. I purchased a foreclosure almost a year ago and was a new homeowner. I had no clue what I was doing, but I did my homework and was lucky picking this man right off the bat. He does great, quality work, at very reasonable prices. He actually had to replace the entire electrical panel on the new house I purchased. I ended up submitting his find to Fannie Mae along with his quote and they chose him to do the work and paid for the work as well. It has been almost a year now and I have not had one issue with his work whatsoever.
This is best option if you are choosing an electrical contractor. He is a great and honest man. There are not many hard working men like him anymore that won't try and squeeze every penny out of you. I plan on calling him any time I have an electrical issue and when I plan on getting some recessed lighting. He was so great, he was added to the contractor list for the Realty company I chose. Even though I did not review here immediately, I have recommended him at least 20 times by now. I hope I have repayed him business wise because he was so kind to me.","pos-1
