Good afternoon, MTM received an additional letter requesting us to provide additional remarks, due to HIPAA, MTM is unable to provide a response to the Revdex.com, but has contacted the member, and will continue to be in contact with the member regarding the issue

Quality and Compliance is in receipt of the complaint, and a complete investigation has taken place.  The Quality and Compliance team  will follow up with the member directly to address their concerns.

I am rejecting this response because: Although the company did get in touch with the [redacted]s directly, they have taken no action to correct the issue. He received one phone call, and no further follow ups have been attempted.
