I am rejecting this response because: I am well aware of all the locations you have here in the areaThat is not my problemMy problem is I have had to go back to one of the stores times already to have my brakes done over againLike I said before when I got my brakes looked at in Aug not (yrs ago) I was told that all I needed fixed was my front breaks 1/months later in November I was back in one of you “locations” and was told that not only my front brakes needed to be fixed again but now my back ones too monthsIn Dec/Jan yet again at one of your “locations” It was that the front breaks needed to be fixed for the 3rd time along with the back breaks and some other random thingsI have since gotten the back breaks fix and my front brakes are still grindingI don’t have the time to keep taking my car back and forth to any of your locations when this should have been fixed the 1st timeI don’t have money to throw away or give to this companyClearly this is being taking for a jokeI no longer want or have the time to keep going to any of your “locations” In months not yrs I have been running back and forth to get this issue fixed and it yet hasn’tI want my money back and I will never do business with this company againIf you’re not willing to do that then I will take this issue to another levelthis is horrible

I am rejecting this response because: unfortunately the company isn't being truthful yet again! I have multiple witnesses that saw and heard evertyth ing and because the manager wasnt able to show proof of any inspections done prior to replacement of rack and pinion I was asked to leave the stor eThe area manager offered me a 150$ cash refund under one circumstance that I take down my yelp reviewI declined that offer but would gladly accept the 150$ CASH refund plus a reimbursement for the alignment that wasn't done correctly and my multiple trips to brake mastersAfter the experience I had at brake masters I will never get my vehicle serviced at brake masters again and a in-store credit is very useless to meI would like the company to treat me with respect and give me a partial refund of 300$

I am rejecting this response because: I do not want to talk to anyone from that company unless they
are offering me a refund! I do not ever want to take my vehicle there ever again! This is the second time something like this happened to meLast time it was about or years ago when a mechanic there forgot to put screws on something in my engine and I told my self I would never returnI don't trust themI tried to give them another chance but I feel like I got screwed over by ***Very unfair!

Brake Masters stands behind our service and warrantiesThe service we provided MsObaidi is still in warranty and we would honor that warrantyAs a gesture of good-will for any inconvenience that we may have caused the $in store credit still stands

Brake Masters honored our warranties and replaced the rack and pinion at no chargeAs a gesture of good-will the Area Manager offered a in store credit of $Because of the behavior of the customer she was asked to leave our locationBrake Masters will continue to honor our warranty as

I am rejecting this response because: When area manager Mr*** offered me a $cash to take down my yelp review I realized the company only acts for their own best interestI won't get the in-store credit back in cash because they won't benefit from it since they know I won't take my vehicle back thereInstead they expect me to take my vehicle back to their shop where I was rudly asked to leave and told to not go back, where I was treated poorly, where my car didn't get fixed the first time aroundUnfortunately I don't trust this company and will never ever take my vehicle back to break mastersWhy wont the company simply give me the $back as a partial refund? The answer is obviousBecause I, the customer will benefit from itThe company doesn't care about the satisfaction of their customerVery sad but the truth about break masters
