We had the same issues***, and totally agree with his statement STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We'd contacted Roseanne *** company to arrange an appointment at our residence to discuss building a screen room. We should have known dealing with her was going to be a nightmare the minute she arrived super late to the appointment after we called her to ask if she was coming at all. Once she arrived, she took measurements and we discussed the project and cost of the screen room. Later, we also discussed adding an IR Kit to our shed as well as an air conditioner, which she was to provide. She also threw in free services for removing some mold she told us they found in the shed. We signed the contracts and forked over the money. She promised they would start work on the screen room the following Monday. Didn't happen! Well, it took constant phones calls & messages that went unanswered and when she actually answered the phone, she always had some excuse as to why they didn't show up including the death of her father, she's dealing with his estate, blah-blah-blah! It took them 3-weeks to complete the screen room that should have only taken 2-days! On the last day of the screen room build, the installer messed up one of the screen door handles and Michelle stated she would install a replacement. HA! Never happened! We had to go out and buy a new handle and install ourselves! The IR kit install on our shed was completed by an independent installer hired by Michelle but he was not an employee of MVP Home Improvements and I thank God for that because he was very professional, did an outstanding job and showed up to work when he said he was unlike Michelle. Needless to say, the mold removal nor the air conditioner and install never happened even after many attempts to reach her. The last call we made to her we left a very long message indicating how disappointed we were and how unprofessional she was and since she obviously wasn't going to fulfill her end of the contract we expected to receive a postal money order of our refund for what she charged us for the air conditioner & installation. We know that's very likely not happening. MVP Home Improvements, is an unprofessional, unreliable, NIGHTMARE of a company and I wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend this company!!! One last word, Michelle ***, karma is a ***!

Interviewed said Contractor and described services desired. Needed to have front door replaced and let the contractor know that the door was improperly installed and it would be a challenge to complete. The contractor worked with me to order the front door. She measured the door multiple times to ensure what we ordered would work.
She called on 5/18/20 to let me know they would be installing the door since it had arrived at the local home good store. The gentleman assisgned to the project met me at the store and we picked it up with no incident. Once they removed the original door to install the ordered door they discovered it was 3 1/2 inches too tall! So we would have to cut a perfectly good door or make the opening taller. I did not think it was a good idea to cut into at $1k door with sidelights to make it work. I asked them to make the opening larger. We called the contractor multiple times and she did not answer calls or text messages about the issue from myself or her worker. It is now 6:30 p.m. and I do not have a door installed or a call from the contractor. The gentleman is a professional and is doing his best to make this right but it's not. He was not prepared for this job and does not have the appropriate tools. I fear that this will be a big mess and I will have a door that is not to my standards. I owe her the other 50% of the job and will not until I am sure that it meets my standards. You should not promise to deliver a service and then set your staff up for failure!

Stay Far away from this company very unprofessional. The lady Michelle/rose or whatever name she is using today will talk a big talk and once you sign the contract and hand over your deposit the headache starts. Lied to us daily about when she was actually going to start the job. Was supposed to start our job on a Wednesday and be done by Saturday. No show on Wednesday promised to be here on Friday. No show on Friday said she would start the Job Saturday. Saturday then turned into Monday and she told us if she wasn't here by Monday she would give us our deposit back. Monday she told my husband she was at the suppliers loading up our materials and would be heading our way. After 2 hrs We called the supplier and theysaid all of our materials were sitting there and no one had been by to pick anything up. We call Michelle/Rose back and tell her to either bring our materials or bring us our deposit. She cries on the phone to my wife saying she doesn't have the money to refund us and says her dad died 2 weeks ago. She proceeds to send my wife pictures of her dead father and his death certificate from a month ago. I definitely do not recommend this company.
