Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Everytime I reach out via a third party the story changes. Here is a copy of original emails that contradict the statement above. I am simply a consumer who wants to be treated fairly and not have to fight so hard to get a resolution. The fact that I have to file complaints with local authorities, [redacted] a disgrace for any business. You constantly lie.

Your story has changed since I asked you in private email and now via the Revdex.com. It was important to capture your inconsistencies on a written record. [redacted] issued me a full refund and I HAD TO FIGHT WITH YOU FOR 2 WEEKS TO MAKE YOU PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. IT WAS NOT UNTIL I CC'D [redacted] THAT YOU CHANGED YOUR TUNE.   DO THE RIGHT THING ALL THE TIME.- Clearly ANYONE YOU HIRE CAN NOT POST ON YOUR BEHALF WITHOUT YOUR PRIOR APPROVAl OR WHAT YOU TELL THEM TO WRITE. We already closed the listing on [redacted] and we will be more careful next time and let customer know before we ship if there is any more problems like this.

We didn't bait and switch. We told her for [redacted] website we hired someone to list the item for us and they are based in India. The person that listed the item for sales on [redacted] didn't know this company closed for over 10  years. The packer in the warehouse didn't look at the brand they just...

shipped the item that is on the picture on the packaging slip. We have many items in our inventory there will be mistake. People makes mistake and computer have glitches. We do not have this brand [redacted] listed on [redacted] at all. We already issued her a full refund, if she said we didn't she is not telling the truth. Please have her check we refunded the item cost and the shipping fee.  We even paid for her shipping cost for return. We make a mistake on the brand, but the item is the exact same thing and can use for the same purpose we don't know why she kept going at us what did we do to her, unless she is our competitor and wants to ruin our reputation.
