I do not feel that MW marine completed the service that we paid for when they were supposed to "winterize our boat last year". The fluids were not changed or topped off, the engine case was filthy and the hose to the gear oil was broken. Although the service manager was willing to provide repair at no cost, the owner of the company denied any wrongdoing. Our boat was stored and shrink wrapped over the winter, but Mike the owner states that all this happened over the winter! Here we are with a loss of money and a boat that needs repair from their "service"!
