John Duffy purchased a Nissan Sentra from MAuto Group on June 1, About months later John had some issues with the vehicleOn about September 17, John came into our store to see if there was anything that we could do to help regarding the issue with the vehicleA warranty was
offered to John at the time of purchase, but John declined to purchase a warranty with the vehicleJohn had an estimate for the repairs in the amount of $We attempted to help John by offering him to do the same repairs for $1500.00, Less then half of his estimateJohn refused our helpHad he purchased a warranty with the vehicle, he would have been covered the entire amount except a $deductibleMAuto Group had no prior knowledge regarding any issues with the vehicleAlso John had driven the car roughly miles since the time of purchase without any hint of any problems, this indicates that the vehicle was running strongUnfortunately things happen with any new or used motor vehicleWe attempted to help John with his repairs at a discounted cost but he refused our services

Can you be more specific about what we stated that is not true? We offer warranties at different intervalsDays or miles, days or miles, months or miles, months or miles, and month or milesNone of which was purchasedNo where does it state that the vehicle would have a 50% parts and 50% labor after daysWhen you purchased the vehicle had miles on itWhen you brought it to get checked it has miles on itAs you state to that the vehicle was driving fine up until you had it checked because it started to run roughWe offered to help at over a 50% discount from your estimateWe still stand by that offerWe cannot be liable for a vehicle bought after months

I am rejecting this response because: All what was said by the business is untrueFirst, the vehicle was not driven milesThe odometer reading was close to milesTheir warranty was not for full coverageAfter days it only covered 50% parts and 50% laborI have already proceeded with a special civil action complaint in the County Superior courtBusinesses like this should be ashamed of themselves taking good money for vehicles that should run longer than months

*** was traveling from *** ***After the auction ended *** contacted me and said "I'm suprised I won the car for so little, what's wrong with it" I responded, "the car is in excellent shape, but it is going to need tiresThey are all at the wear indicators and the rears are worseI can
have them installed before you take delivery for $1200" he said "It is not necessary I will have them replaced when I return home." I picked *** up from the airport (min away) we had a long talk about everything, work, life, the car etcHe is a very nice guy, when we arrived at the store he inspected the car and test drove itHe expressed how happy he wasThe experience was worth it! I checked in with him as he drove back from New JerseyHe never mentioned an issue with the tires until he returned homeThen I received a nasty message that the tires would cost him $and he has no money to pay for themI immediately called him, but he wouldn't answerHe said "he was upset and he was going to be yelling" at this point I knew I wasn't dealing with ***This was obviously someone else (wife/mother/father/etc) I had over hours of talking with him over the phone and in person when he arrived hereWhy wouldn't he answer the phone? So I offered to send him new tires for $He/she declined and threatened to call the Revdex.com, eBay and other sites to shred my dealershipNo where did I disclose that ANY of the tires were newIt was actually the complete oppositeHe said "I should have replaced them prior and raised the reserve."

Good Morning;I've attached 3 pictures of the tires. the first two, are of the front tires, which I was not told about needing to be replaced. The first pic shows the steel cords sticking out of the tire. These people knew I was driving the car 1600 miles from NJ to Houston! The car has a remaining powertrain warranty. I was told the dealership had a service dept and had gone through the vehicle prior to sale and determined there was no other immediate service work needed to be done. After I was forced to replace 4 tires (not 2) as soon as I got the vehicle home, I brought the car to my corvette mechanic for the alignment and asked him to "check the car out". That's when they told me the car had a power steering fluid leak coming from the high pressure power steering line. Had the car really been checked out, they would have known about the leak (and probably did). Had this line let go on my way back, this could have been disastrous. Also, during the checkout of the vehicle by my mechanic, he determined that it needed new brake rotors and pads on all four wheels. I have an estimate from him of $1100 for the brakes, and $458 for the power steering line. They are at home but I can submit/attach if needed.Thank you for your time.
