M2 Construction & Development

Refund not been issued even after after 27 working days post contract cancellation.
M2 homes was unable to start our house construction even after 1 year since the date of deposit on March 15th 2019. Hence on 28th May 2020 we signed a mutual cancellation contract which was agreed upon by M2 homes as well however the refund amount of 35000 CAD has not yet been provided to us. It has been 27 working days since and we have been getting only false promises week after week. We have even been handed over with a cheque of 35k CAD but are unable to process it since M2 homes claims they do not have sufficient money in that account. ***.

M2 homes or *** are keep promising me they give my deposit back its been more than month now and I'm still waiting for it.
I made deposit to m2 homes or *** 2 years ago for my house construction. They failed to deliver the things they promise me and both parties agreed to just cancel the the contract and give my refund after they sell the house. They sold the house more than 2 months ago and they still haven't refunded me my money back. Every week they are promising me to get me date on when I can get my deposit back and they failed to do it. *** keep on making excuses. I keep giving them chances every week to keep good relationship with them but nothing is being done. I will try this before I go media, regina builder as and file case against them. Im still hoping on good outcome.
