pricing. Based on our own research, the average
rate for a quality patch in San Antonio on a single hole
would be anywhere from

another contractor’s pricing in that we do not know their business model. Perhaps the $was the up-front charge, but
there may have been other pricing negotiated once a contract was drawn. The $rate that we charged did not only
include the hours that we were on site.
It also factored in the travel time, the after-hours/emergency visit and
the future steps needed to patch and repair the holes. The holes still needed to be repaired, taped
and floated which we do not show in your initial calculations. $for travel is not an accurate estimate
based on distance, fuel for the vehicle and any necessary return trips. As for the deposit, it is there for the
purpose of reserving our time and materials.
