This customer received a device that was completely licensed at the time we purchased. When the manufacturer generates new software after the purchase date, we simply add the license for this software when the device is sold and recived by the end user. This customer has comitted a fraudlant action...

and withdraw the payment for the device. In other words, the customer has a device that he has NOT paid for.Accordingly, we will NOT license his software and we will pursue legal action against this individual and his business  Thank you
