We try to make every customer happy, but sometimes mother nature doesn't cooperateThe customer cancelled without giving us time to complete the projectThe weather was very bad the week we were to start this job. As of now the refund has been issued and we are complete on our
obligation to Mr *** As far as not communicating with Mr *** we had a data entry error and our systems was sending his scheduling notifications to another customer
