Hello Revdex.com and *** ***,
I would like to respond to ** ***'s complaintBut first I would like to explain what we doWe are a manufacturing company that manufactures
business cards, postcards, brochures etcWe offer our services on *** and that is where *** *** found us and placed his orderOur *** listings are for printing only and do not offer any type of design or file altercationsDepending on what item the customer purchases they are required to supply us with print ready filesThe print ready file specifications are listed on the *** listing in addition to our websiteWhen a customer gives us files, we can only assume they are print ready since we do not offer any type of design services with this listingThese are the files we use to printIf we are not given correct files then the end result (product) could look incorrect.
I ordered post cards from them on ***
This is correct. *** *** purchased an *** listing of oursHere is the listing***
They sent misprinted cards.
This is incorrectWe printed exactly what *** *** suppliedIts unfortunate that *** *** supplied us with incorrect filesBut this is an error on his end, not ours
I asked them to print them correctly.
This is correct and we said *** *** can re-order again and supply print ready files and we would be glad to print the job for him
They said I did not send the correct type of artwork for the card.
This is correctAfter *** *** received his order in the mail he contacted us saying it was incorrectAfter we investigated the issue we found that *** ***'s files were not print ready files created to our specification stated in our listing.
I said "if I sent you the wrong type of artwork why did you print the card"
When customers send us files they are telling us they are print readySince we do not offer design, typsetting or alter the customers artwork in any way whatsoever we print what is given to us
They said noGo away basically
This is incorrectWe told *** *** what his error was and how he can fix itHe was more than welcome to fix his files and order againIf the error was our fault we would have no issue reprinting the item correctly.
Attached are two screen shots displaying *** ***s files specificationsAs you can see they are not designed to the specifications we required which are 4.125xBecause of *** ***'s failure to supply proper print ready files, his product was not manufactured correctly.
in addition** *** filed a claim/case with *** and lostHe then decided to file a claim with *** and he lost againBoth *** and *** were in our favor and understood that the error is from ** *** and not usThank you for your time

Hello everyone. 
As mentioned before the files were not print ready. I have uploaded screen shots of his files in addition to his actual files that were sent to us. If you open the PDF files with photoshop you will be able to see the size/dimensions. They are clearly incorrect. As per our listing details the files need to be 4.125x6.125 at 300 DPI resolution. The customer failed to provide files with these specifications. 
Our listing does NOT include file altering or designing. We do not touch the customers files. We print AS IS.
If the other company took it upon themselves or if you paid them to alter your files that has nothing to do with our listing or how we operate.

I am rejecting this response because:
I purposely made the file a tiny bit smaller to make sure it fit.
If something is just a pinch too small that means it will fit fine.
If they weren't satisfied with what  I gave them
they should have just said "send us something else"  or
Or  "we aren't gonna print them"
and refund my money.   I would have been fine.
I went to someone else, gave them the same thing and they
had no problem.
These people screwed up and don't want to admit it.
It's just a matter of principle...
I'm in business too and I don't do business like that...
