To say this was not a factory paint defect is a lieI am a car guyI am far from ignorant when it comes to carsof your sales people agreed with me as did members of your service departmentIt was obvious as there was a bubble in the paintWith a current C - score at Revdex.com I think thats all we need to know about M'Lady's credibilityThis is a simple game of pass the buck between Nissan North America and the dealershipThis car was also was ordered from another dealership(Skokie I believe) so maybe they too are deflecting blame? You are also lying about not hearing from me since fallI just spent approximately $10,recently in your service department to put a new transmission in my Rogue along with other restoration services the car neededI am frequently at your service department for routine and sometimes not so routine maintenanceI have brought up the situation any time I have returnedI want to point out that your employees at the M'lady are top notch peopleThey are NOT the problemAnd I am sure if you speak to any of them they will tell you that I am a very patient, courteous and polite customerSo in closing, I am very disappointed that you would flat out lie to ANY client, but especially a very good and loyal client like myself! All just to deflect blame and save a couple dollarsAs I said, I hope it was worth losing a good customer! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, Jay [redacted]

This customer did have to come back on three separate occasionsWe did attempt to fix it twice to the best of our abilityThe third time we did bring in a special paint person and they fixed itWe haven't heard about this again since the Fall. The customer and ourselves did file a
claim with Nissan and they deemed it not factory paint issueThey too said it looked like it had bene rectified. We are sorry the customer had an issue and we tried all on our part to make the situation better
