I just received a gift box from M3KI was impressed that they only charge $postage and yet the shipping cost was $They used priority postage at their own expenseWhen I rang to place the order it was on my mothers phone as I do not have a phone on my property in OhioMy mother is charged for long distance calls and when I mentioned this they immediately told me to hang up and returned my call so that I would not have to pay for it
The product - I don't smoke or drink and my only indulgence in life is face creamI deserve itI didn't think this cream would work because it is so cheap compared to others - but it doesAstoundinglyI am a customer for life

Review: I won a prize from m3kbeauty.com/Naturs Firewall LLC and they weighed the package wrong so when it arrived I had to pay more than half the postageI thought it would be no big deal (everyone makes mistakes - right?), I would just contact the company and they would gladly honor the postage dueLet's just say that it was not that simple but in the end she (I assume the she is the owner) said she would send me a check for the difference, $6.88.Desired Settlement: All I ask is that she honor her word and mail me a check for $for the mistake in postage

I would like to address this complaintThe person who lodged this complaint won a $gift box - along with several other peopleAt NO TIME did the competition state that it included postageThe company DID not only pay the postage - but paid PRIORITY POSTAGE at its own expenseDuring that month we posted PRIORITY POSTAGE boxes to over peopleSince December after our launch we have posted over 2,boxes - all priority postAll customers pay postage on ordering and not one has ever been charged extra by their post officeThe parcel to this person was paid for at the Head Post Office in Boston - checked in by their staff, weighed by their staff and paid for by our company - although that was NOT part of the competitionThe error was on the side of the destination post office
The person who lodged this complaint contacted me in an extremely aggressive manner stating that she had to pay a few dollars for postageI immediately responded asking her for more information - as this had never happened beforeI also informed her that postage was not part of the competition that she had one - but I had paid it anywayShe then gathered four or five friends who went onto our business face book page and verbally slandered myself, my company, my reputation in dozens of aggressive and posts - which continued until a cease and desist letter was sent and they were blocked from posting on the page
Our company has never had one complaint lodged against it - we donate 10% to charities of our profits and give away tens of thousands of dollars worth of product to good causesOur reputation has now been tarnished once again by the person making this complaint who was simply not satisfied with receiving over $of free product - AND postageI ask that the Revdex.com immediately return our standing to an A and state that this complaint is totally unfoundedI can provide all of the slanderous emails and content that is on file with my lawyer if necessary

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint
Attached is the message (screenshots of the messages) where I contacted [redacted] and let her know that the postage was not fully paid and that I had to pay $The rest of the message corroborates my initial complaintIf postage was not included in the prize why was I not billed or asked for the money for postageAlso in [redacted]'s response she said I posted negative things on her facebook (along with friends?) and also emailed her harassing her non stop until a cease and desist letter had to be sent to me by her lawyer and that her lawyer can provide documentation of these actionsI request she provide these documents = as there have been no emails from me, no fcebook posts and no friends attacking her and I have never received anything from a lawyer - especially not from [redacted]'s lawyer
I've also attached a screenshot of the facebook post [redacted] posted this morning on m3kbeauty's facebook page where she gives my full name and city and state of where I live - stating that I had to pay "$3"My point in including this screenshot is character, she is lying about such a small thing as the amountWhy not just say that I am ungrateful for having to pay $in postagewhy lower it to $3..?
The third attachment is of the postage label[redacted] says she had it weighed at the post office it must have been a mistake at the post office on my end (or something to that effect)The reason I included an image of the label is because she used "Click-N-Ship" which allows businesses to print their own labels and simply drop the package at the post office without having it weighedIf the weight that is entered by the person that creates the label is not correct (the package weighs more than the label says) the person receiving the package has to pay the due postageThe last attachment is the postage due slip
I simply would like to receive the $from the postage due that [redacted] johnston said she would send meI do not think that is too much to ask

I am a college athlete and tend to break out - tried proactive and everything else but nothing worked. I was given [redacted] and after two days it has cleared my skin totally up. Very simple, very well priced - $15 gets me about two months worth. great facewash and highly recommend it.
