They started rebuilding my transmission without a written authorization and then when I told them to hold on he said by law he could charge me the full amount of the verbal estimate without completing the work. Buyer beware, according to NC law, no work can be started that is going to be in excess of $350 without a written, signed agreement before commencing work. I was forced into signing a predated agreement or I wouldn't get my van back. Worst experience ever.
