The visit was between 11:30am-12pm not between midnight-5am.
Company states that they have a board that has their policy that they do not return food between the hours of midnight and 5am.
Review: CARD WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME MEAL. TALKED WITH THE OWNER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHO SAID HE WOULD REFUND THE MONEY BUT HAS FAILED TO DO SO.Desired Settlement: $50

Here is a copy of my bank statement showing the two debits from Ma Fischer's restaurant on 10/12/14.
As I sat in this restaurant today I watched the busboy take old used cups of water off of the tables, and pour them back into a pitcher on the counter. Then no later then 2 minutes, came to my table and poured me water from that pitcher.... That is disgusting and think something should be done immediately
