Tell us why heim very sorry to hear what your parents went throw, this is not what we wold like the customers to experience working with us specially when they are older and need help to get around things.we don't have any calls for call back from you guys and we are open 7days per week and very long hours from 7am -pm, it is very easy to get us on the phone !!!.the job was done on emergency call in the middle of a snow storm, customer ansist that he needs emergency service and he need it now ! customer understood the price will be effected by it .weather was very bad that week and no one cold help the customer at list a week ahead.we made the efort and made time avilable in a very busy week with no appointments to rescue this job on emergency call, in times like this the prices are higher then usual specially when its emergency call ! it is very easy to bring a competitor company that will bad mouth our work you should of got us on the phone and had us repair the problem and not bring another company to do what ever they did, now the warranty you had on the work is not valid anymore !when you decide to go to another company without giving us a chance to repair whats wrong when its our work, you took the opportunity from us to do the right thing and repair the problem.Regards Thank you
