Review: On Sunday May **, 2015 [redacted] from MA HVAC came to look at my central ac unit that was not working and informed me that I needed electrical start components replaced and his exact words were "you're in luck you don't need a compressor or condenser". I agreed to have the work done for $395 complete (which I have a written invoice for) gave him $200 cash and the next day I was informed that I didn't need the electrical parts but a compressor instead. Eventually I decided not to have the work done and instead of charging me $75 for the initial visit I was told that they had to charge me for a second visit and would refund me $50 with a bank check. They still have my $200 and are not returning any of my calls and it is now June *, 2015.Desired Settlement: To refund me $125. The second visit was only because I was told that would fix the problem and since it didn't I should not be responsible for [redacted]'s misdiagnoses.

Review: MA HVAC & Appliances (also known as Tri-Temp HVAC Appliance Repairs) was hired to repair / replace multiple AC/Heating units to the sum of $10,823.92. An estimate charge of $1,629.38 was paid along with a deposit of $4,597.27 to begin the repairs back in June. As of to date, we have been unable to contact anyone via phone and/or email from MA HVAC and/or Tri-Temp for either a refund and/or the repairs to be completed.Desired Settlement: As we no longer care to do business with MA HVAC and/or Tri-Temp we are searching for a full refund in the amount of $6,226.65 for uncompleted services.
