Review: On September **, 2015 I purchased 2 quantity 6 carat round & baguette diamond eternity bands for $3,000 each and total of $6,000. When I received the rings, the rings had gaps between the baguettes and the baguettes were a combination of shapes both straight, tapered, etc. These flaws were visible to the naked eye. I took both rings to one of the most reputable jewelers in my city to have them appraised and get an professional opinion on the placement of the baguettes. Along with confirming that that were major gaps between the baguettes, he also stated that some of the baguettes were actually chipped and not set well. He said an even greater concern is that the rings are only apx. 3 carats each not the 6 carats as advertised. I contact the company and arranged for a return of both rings which they did refund with no issue. The issue is that I had to pay to send them back insured and the shipping was $78.04. I feel the shipping should be refunded to me because I had no choice but to return the rings due to the poor workmanship. Had I returned the rings simply because I had changed my mind, then that would be my responsibility however I had to return the rings due to how poorly they were made.Desired Settlement: To have my shipping of $78.04 refunded.
