MA Medical Service, LLC

The member in question signed up for our medical education membership on 1/15/2015.Her agreement was for years at $a month.Member paid $of the $1,due.The membership agreement states that the member is responsible for monthly payments for years. It also states that the
member can cancel with a day written notice, but is responsible for the courses that they have taken and must pay full price for those courses and a cancelation free ($350.00). This member took ECG - $125.00ACLS - $185.00PALS - $185.00IV Therapy - $200.00PEARS - $100.00Total: $795.00 This member did not cancel membership. She owes the $remaining on the account

The investigation is complete.  I will upload the documents by 2/15/2014.
The individual failed the CNA exam and then complained.  He was trained, however, his training was not acceptable to him.  We have reimbursed him for 80% of the tuition.
