September 20, Dear Revdex.com Representative,In February of 2013, the customer stated that there was a problem with the water pipe and asked me to check whats going on so I went there to examine itThe problem was the pipes in the basement that leads up to the kitchenAfter seeing the problem, I stated that the cost for the fix would be $because the problem was with the pipes in the basement and not with the pipes in the kitchen.However, he stated that he is low on money so he asked me if I could do $Bccause I felt sympathetic for him, I agreed, I bought replacement pipes and fixed the pipesHe stated that he would pay the price with credit card after a few daysAfter a few days upon completion of the repair, he came to the shop and paid $ with credit card.Last month, he came to our shop and stated that we have to give him back $asked him why but he repeatedly said that we have to give him back $without any reasons so I refused [redacted] The cost for the water pipe repair was $and he understood that so I do not understand why I should give him back $for the labor work put into fixing the pipes in the basement.Best Regards, Zhi Q
