II am rejecting this response because:Regards, I am rejecting your response because we were told by the painters, that initially painted our house, that the stucco did not have time to cure before paintingAnd it is my mother-in-law's word against yours as to whether or not you said that the stucco had too much sand in itMattamy Homes also knows of the many lawsuits in Bartram Springs because of this bad stuccoThere are many homes in this area that were not built by Mattamy and have no stucco problems even though they are as old as my home and have not been paintedI did not want to go through the court system because of the up front cost and because I would rather deal with you guys Thank you

We are very sorry to hear that our customer felt he had a bad experience in purchasing a car from usWe obligate our self to provide enough information for our potential customer before they purchase any car, In some cases, we let our customers to pay the car price in several paymentsThe below
information shows how we helped this specific customer in purchasing the car. First, we do provide the *** information for all of our potential customers and if requested We do print the *** for them without any cost, in this case we did provide the *** information, Second, a third party evaluated the vehicleOn the purchased day which was April the customer came to our dealership after he and his wife saw the car, the car was taken to an independent mechanic shop by the them, Although it's not in our policy to allow the customer to take a car from the lot before buying, but we trusted the them and gave the vehicle to show any mechanic shop they want for a general inspectionAfter few hours the customer came with a list of maintenance for the car which totaled repaired around $2000,which the *** *** station had provided them. Third, most of our sales are cash, but after we come to an agreement with our customer they said they don't have all the money, Therefore, they paid only less than the half of the car price and drove the Car that night. Unfortunately, our customer didn't provide all the Information to you, He mentioned the car price was $However, the price he bought the car was and he paid $for dealer processing feeBesides, he mentioned that *** *** evaluation paper said that it need a few minor repairs, however he showed us a list of more than $for repairing the carThis was the reason we drop the car price from $5990,to $for them. The car has a clean title from Massachusetts and its number is ***A *** report also availableWe are not responsible for out of state inspection and unfortunately we don't have a refund policyOur policies hung on the wall which clearly any customer in the office can read, $is still remaining balance of their car, that they haven't paid yetThe reason we asked for a $in this case in return the car is that it take time and money again for us to sell itWe have to pay for advertising, details and many other services

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for the response, I appreciate the time taken to review this matter. However, I was forced to hire a wildlife trapper after squirrels had made a home in our attic as a direct result of poor workmanship delivered by Mattamy Homes. I am greatly disappointed in the experience of owning a new home by Mattamy in addition to the lack of service provided by the warranty team.

This home is almost 12 years old and [redacted] is the 3rd owner of the property since the home was built.  I met with Mr. [redacted] mother-in-law in person well over a year ago and at no point did I say the stucco was defective.  I have spoken with [redacted] by phone only...

and again would never have said the stucco was defective without invasive testing proving that to be fact.  At the time, it was not disclosed to me that [redacted] was not the original purchaser of the home.  The only area that looked to have an issue was about 20 foot long, 4-6 inches high and along the bottom of the right exterior wall.  The irrigation system is located in that same general area and sprays on the wall.  There was no indication of the home ever having been repainted.  Sherwin Williams recommends that stucco homes be recoated after the first 3 years and every 5 years after that, to protect the wall system's ability to resist water intrusion.  Bi-annual inspection for and sealing of naturally occurring cracks in the stucco are a homeowner maintenance item that is essential  to maintaining the integrity the home's wall system.  In speaking with Mr. [redacted] representative on the day of inspection, her statement was "I told him to paint the home like I did.  My home up the street is beautiful".  Mattamy Homes declined service on this home for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to: Age of the home, our warranty is not transferable to secondary buyers, there had been seemingly no attempt to maintain the stucco's integrity and there was no obvious visual evidence of degradation of the stucco siding other than the above referenced location.  The damage looked more topical than systemic.
