I have other cars done at maaco and by far this one had been the most troubling but I'm not sure if it's the staff or the customer service skills they have there at this location but I would have never returned a car back to a customer like this and if you have someone that you pay to inspect cars after they are finish they they are doing a terrible job or just not doing there job as well,if you are the manager mr alix you were there when my car was serviced and could of took it upon yourself to make sure my car was corrected instead of pointing the finger you all operate under one company which is maaco,not we owned by this person so go after that person,no im coming at the same company that messed up my car and didn't want to fix it,that wanted to charge me Labor and paint for painting my car Correctly & disrespecting me by using a paint brush on my car and know that's not correct way of doing it,not only just one mistake but multiple all around that could have been avoided if a manager was doing his job to inspect the cars that were finish and ready for pick up!i shouldn't have to argue as a paying customer and I paid upfront which is disappointing the most because I believe in this location?

Review: Within twenty days to one month after receipt of rust remediation and painting services from the company in question, I returned to the body and paint shop to inform them (i.e., spoke with **, their manager at the time) of the recurrence of the rust (i.e., that was allegedly abated by Maaco), the unfinished paint spots, and right rear reflector damage. In speaking with their representative, I was assured that the car's repair would be covered under its respective warranties and that it was only a matter of us setting up a time to schedule the repaint and other services.Desired Settlement: Full coverage of rust abatement, both bumper paintings, and reflector replacement as I reported the extent of the rust recurrence, paint problems, and reflector damage within their respective warranty periods.
