Review: I dropped my truck off on May 7th 2016 I was told that my truck will be ready on May 11th 2016 I went there the truck wasn't ready I was then told it would be ready Friday May 13th at 5 p.m. I went there at 5 p.m. I was told then again the truck was not ready I was then told that it will be ready Saturday May 14th at 10 a.m. I called truck again not ready I called on May 16th and 9:30 a.m. and truck again and still not readyDesired Settlement: Discount the job for me not getting my truck when they said I was

Review: I took my car in to get repaired. I received a quote. Came back about 9 days later and asked them to do the work. I gave them the car on a Tuesday and forgot to give them the bumper that fell off. I came back the next day with the bumper and told them I also forgot the advertised discount of 10%. He told me I could bring in the coupon when I picked the car up. I was told it may be ready on Friday (4 days later) but definitely on Tuesday (7 days). I called on Friday and was told it was not ready but it would be on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and was told it was not ready and that it would be on Friday (10 days). I had my father in law pick up the car and he presented the coupon. He was told that they would not honor the coupon because it was supposed to be brought in when we dropped the car off. He gave my father in law a $100 discount because he had work done there before.

Review: I had my [redacted] painted their on 3/2/15. I picked up the car on 3/9/15. While looking over the car I noticed four different smudge marks on the vehicle. These spots had to be re-painted which included the rear bumper. The top of the bumper is peeling so, I went there and showed Patrick and the other salesman the vehicle. The other salesman went out and looked at the vehicle saying it has been hit or you hit something. Patrick came out and said the same thing. I feel very confident my vehicle has not been hit and, I know it hasn't been in a accident of any sorts. He asked about the scratches on the front of the bumper. They probably came from my son putting his baseball bag and other things in the trunk. Before the car was painted it had peeling issues and, they didn't say this will be a problem. I feel when the repairs had to be done they didn't use as much paint, trying to cut their losses. I have a two year warranty and they don;t want to correct the problem.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the bumper re-painted. My concern is will this match the other part of the vehicle.
