Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] I do not accept this at allThis is all a lieWhy do they continue to lieThe kayla girl which is the receptionist at the counter I did call and get a price, but no one said anything to me about if their is rust, not a wordThey gave me a price I said ok we scheduled a time I brought it inWhen I went to drop my van off to get the windshield fixed it was going to be hours, because they had to call someone in to put the windshield inthat was fineI get a call the next day at 11ish in the morning from ramsey stating that there was rust on the windshield and he could not put the new windshield in until that was fixed and it is illegal to drive with a cracked oneI said okey let me call my father to see what he thinks I should do, he said okSO I called him back minutes later and told him to go ahead and fix it and ramsey said okeyI asked will you still call when my van is readyhe said yesSo the next day I call at noon which had been hours after when he told me it would be readyThis was a Wednesday it was supposed to be readyHe said no its not ready I wont have it ready until Friday, I said you told me hours so I wasn't sure when it would be ready no one told me any other times or days or waiting periods other than hoursSo I call again on Friday at 11am to see when my van would be ready he told me I will have your van ready at but we close at I said okey I will be there at to pick my van upI go into maaco to pick my van up at (figuring if I go a little bit earlier it would be ready) it was not ready he ahmad was their and said more minutes it was before I got my vanthey pulled my van out of the shop and it was nasty and dirty the whole interior had dust everywhereTurned my windshield wipers on and my left windshield wiper was brokeI go back in and talk to ahmed and he pulls van back in and looks comes back in shop and says yup we broke itI said well are you going to fix what you brokeHe said not today if you bring your vehicle back tomorrow when we open at I will see what I can doI was treated so horrible by this manThere was another young lady at the counter and said he treates everyone this way and gets away with itshe gave me corporates number to call and his nameCame back early Saturday morning when they opened at 10amthey didn't open doors until 10:The owner Ramsey was their I explained him everything that happened how rude this guy was to meanNot to mention after I get home I find all these scratches on the side of my van that was not their when I dropped it offHe called me a liar, and the girl working at the desk (was not kayla) the other girl working their got the one they broke and showed him and said 'okey" I will fix it(bad customer service) there were no customers in the building when I picked my van up on Friday(my van wasn't even ready until 440) He said oh your mirror must have been broke that is where the scratches came fromThere was no mirror broken on van at all I have plenty of witnesses that can proof all of this informationthe owner was just a rude and inconsiderate as the other managerI have picture to show what my van looked like after it came out of the shopNow this MAACO company wants to not help at all and still continue to make up information that is not trueim sorry but this is very disrespectful companymy question also would be how many other customers have they done this too>??? thank you

I am sorry that [redacted] has issues with our services.  Mr. [redacted] brought his vehicle on March 9, 2015 for repairs to his 2008 Mercedes Benz C350.  I was present and helped him sign all his paperwork when he dropped off his car. I explained to him that if there  were any hidden...

damages, that we would call him and let him know.  He was notified, and he even came to Maaco's shop personally, and we personally explained everything to him.  the vehicle's completion date was supposed to be on 3/19/15 but [redacted] didn't approve the additional repairs of roughly $700 dollars more.  Because he had issues and call Maaco Corporate and the Revdex.com, Maaco did all the additional repairs on its behalf.  We keep the original price of $2,188.55 and didn't add the hidden damages.  I also rented a vehicle for Five days because he stated over and over again that he had doctor appointments for his pregnant wife.  Once the vehicle was completed on March 23, 2015, [redacted] didn't have the money to pay for the repairs.  At first I tried to help out and asked him to give up some items for collateral towards the payment of the vehicle, but the original payment is just too large for me to take on.  I stated that I am not a bank and he needs to get a loan from a bank instead of me.  He couldn't take the care that day, so I personally gave him a ride home to help him out.Unfortunately, as of today, April 13, 2015, he still doesn't have the money and the vehicle is still sitting in my shop completed and unpaid.  He can dispute the entire amount of $2,188.55 dollars. all he wants, but I will not give him the car without any form of payment.  I have completed all the work and the additional hidden damages, which Maaco has paid for, and until he pays the original agreed amount of $2,1888.55 plus the now accumulating storage of $20 per day as of one week after the completion date he will not get his care back.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via the phone of fax number in the header of this letter, or contact me any my cell number below my name.Sincerely,Ramzy S[redacted]317-409-6075

[redacted] I do not accept this at all. This is all a lie. Why do they continue to lie. The kayla girl which is the receptionist at the counter I did call and get a price, but no one said anything to me about if their is rust, not a word. I am sorry that [redacted] has issues with our services. Ms. [redacted] brought her vehicle on February 24, 2015 to replace her windshield only. She had called ahead of time to check the price of the windshield and spoke with Kayla, the secretary. Kayla states that she had told her the price of...

the windshield and also explained that if there was any rust around the frame of the windshield that it would have to be fixed before the instillation of the windshield. She told Kayla that there wasn't any rust. When she dropped it off for the scheduled repair, I had found that the roof was rusted through on both sides. I called her and told there that this was explained to her and that we would have to fix the rust on the roof first, and that the repair Would take about two or three days. At first she was unhappy but I told her that she could come and pick up her vehicle if she would like because the repairs had not started yet. She did approve the additional repairs that I had discounted for her to the price of $600 dollars. Ms. [redacted] came in and was supposed to picked up her vehicle on Feburary 26, 2015 at approximately 4:45pm, when we close at 5pm. She noticed that the wiper blades were broken, scratches on the left driver door, and sanding dust on the interior. Alunad states that he apologized and asked her to leave the vehicle one more day so he could order a new wiper blade and detail the vehicle's interior. The scratches on the door were believed to have already been there. She screamed and cussed, in front of customers and my employees, demanding that the vehicle be taken care of immediately before we closed that same day. Aimiad explained that he would need more time than only the 15 minutes that were left to fix her issues with her vehicle. However, she continued to be loud and persisted in seeing that her issues be addressed. Finally, she decides to leave the vehicle over night to be fixed the next day. The next day all of her issues were addressed except the scratched on the left front door. I got involved and I tried to please [redacted] to the best of our ability. I told her that thelscratches had been done by a previously broken left driver door mirror hanging down and scratching the paint. It was obvious that the scratches were old and not fresh. She seemed to be more satisfied and calm when talking to me. She said that she recently purchased the vehicle from a local dealership and that the scratches where not there at the time she purchased it. I stated that she could simply go back to the dealership and look at all the pictures, that every dealership takes of their cars, to prove that the scratches where not there. If I see that they are not, then I would fix the scratches. She never presented the pictures or proof.We did the work that Ms. [redacted] requested on the repair order which she signed.  Also, when she picked up her vehicle, we specifically asked her, just as we do with all our customers, if she would inspect her vehicle before payment to see if she was satisfied or not.  She stated that she was satisfied and signed our completion certificate, which I have attached to this letter.  Please note that our customers, if not satisfied, do not have to sign the completion certificate and can still take their vehicle once they have paid the full amount.Again, I'm sorry that Ms. [redacted] is unhappy, but we did everything she requested of us. She knowingly and willingly signed the completion certificate, which states that she has inspected the vehicle and was satisfied with the repairs and services done by our shop. To me her complaints and wanting her money back is not going to happen. We did the work she wanted us to do. Therefore, she should pay us for the work done. Now, if she has any problems with the repairs that she has already paid for, then I would be more than happy to address those issues. The vehicle is fifteen years old and has many dents, scratches, and rust all over.
