Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Whether it is out of what as he says his character, which I doubt, this is what I experienced after dealing with this Maaco shop It's true after I changed a part on my car, this was after leaving this Maaco shop, the car ran a little better ,not much better, not at all like it did before taking it to this Maaco shop, and I did call this shop and said the car seems to be running a little betterI thought I fixed what this shop damage, and but I was wrong Shortly after making that call to Maaco, I started experiencing that same bad vibrations, and shaking againThis is what brought me to make this complaint, Maaco wasn't going to do anything to help me just a little, plus that didn't last my car I picked up my vehicle from themMy car was running badly after being in their care I called back to say I thought the car was running slightly better but after driving a short period of time I experienced the same problem In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We were hired by [redacted] to fix some light bodywork and paint his car back in May of We did exactly what [redacted] expected us to do and the finished product was very niceThe car was finished to [redacted] 's satisfactionThe car looked "as new"Then for some odd reason [redacted] opened the front hood and started saying we damaged his engine and specifically his engine mounts!!!This does not make any sense since we do not work on anything other than the bodies of cars We pull cars in and then out after we repair and paint themWe do not drive them or do anything in or near the engineOur customers never open the front hoods when they pick up a car after painting It was very out of character and did not make any sense to usAfter we noted this to [redacted] he became agitated andaccused us of taking his car on joy rides and that we screwed himWe felt it was the other way around, we provided an excellent service at a very fair price and that we were being screwed We run a very tight ship hereI do not tolerate anything out of the ordinary.If you look at our [redacted] and [redacted] pages we have excellent reviews and many repeat customers.I was also surprised when a few days later [redacted] called and left a message to apologize and said he was sorry for causing us any aggravation and that he was happy with the job that we did for him.I am very confused by this reaction and that at this late date we are receiving a letter from the Revdex.com.Thank you sincerely Ed E [redacted] Owner Maaco of Massapequa###-###-####
