Dear ***/Revdex.com,We have searched our records and find that we have not provided service to a *** ***.Sincerely,*** ***

We have been in business for years and our technicians are the best in the industryI refuse to comment further on this matter

The issue is not resolved because the door does not open properlyIt sticks and is very hard to openIt feels as is something is not rightAlso, the horrible customer service after my car was dropped off and a deposit was made there were many liesThey are still lyingMaaco never called me to give a update about my vehicle, but once and it was the owner calling after I told him the car was taking too long and there was too many lies being told and that I was coming to look at it to see what had been doneI missed the call and he left a message stating they were waiting on a part and tge address to where I could pick it up, which was very rudeIf they had my car and I returned the rental because I was told I only needed it for days max, what made him think I had a way across town to pick up a part that they are supposed to fix...how is that my responsibility? I guess since the lady that estimated wrong from the beginning and the extra work they claimed they did for free means they do not have to update me or be respectfulI only started calling the fifth day after I was told it would be 2-days and I seen no one was going to callThey were very rude, irresponsible to communicate what was going on, and lied from day oneI should not have had to call to find out important information about my vehicle that I paid them to fixNot to mention I was told the vehicle was ready and that it could be picked up, just to send someone and being told it was not ready and that there was a miscommunicationThen all the extra afterThey forgot to put my shield back on my door, the airbag light staying on, the front door sounding like something was loose, and the back door not openingIt was not the child lock button because that should not affect the door opening from the outside, only the insideI'm convinced that the people there are not experienced!

The customer came to us with a badly damaged car and no insurance to cover the cost. Our estimate was $[redacted] and we agreed to perform the work for $[redacted] plus tax. In order to accommodate the lower price, we informed the customer we would source used parts and the lead time would be longer...

accordingly. Industry standards called for a 6 day turn-around using new parts. The repairs were completed in 4 days using used/recycled parts. The vehicle needed 2 additional trim parts which we identified after the repairs had begun. We sourced the parts and provided them to the customer free of charge. The customer said she was happy with the work and was kept updated daily as she called us up to 6 times a day. We provided a great value to the customer and delivered a quality result. Frankly I'm confused and amazed the customer involved the Revdex.com. She paid a total of $[redacted] including tax.
