The company did not offer anything, all they did was send my records back to me so that I can find a new dentist (denture company). They offered to treat me for days after the date of the letter, I want to leave them, not go to them, they also told me how I could find a new dental office, they never mentioned anything about giving me a refund which I have asked for, for the denture repair that they should have fixed correctly the first time. Actually, I don't understand why they don't make the teeth initially with the materials that they used to fix mine with. It's those sort of things that makes me not want to go to this establishment anymore. So, they may think they are doing me a huge favor by returning my records so I can go to a different dental practice, but the actual complaint is about the money that I had to pay for something I do not feel was my fault. Wonder why they never mentioned anything about my complaint? I know why, because they know that what I am saying is the truth, and they owe me for that last denture fix, I will wait a little longer to see if they respond any further. I am not at all pleased with the way they have handled this complaint. They used to be such a great denture place, I don't know what happened, but it is not the same as it used to be

There was no offer made, all Affordable Dentures did was send a HIPPA form for me to sign. I am going to mail it back to them on Monday, as I have signed it and given my permission to release any information on me.
