Review: I have repeatedly requested that MAAK Enterprises remove me from their email list. They don't provide a way to remove from a mailing list at the bottom of the emails (as most legitimate businesses do) and don't respond to requests when I email [email protected]. I want to get them to remove me from all email lists. I also want to warn people to shop elsewhere if they look on the Revdex.com site. I guess an "F" rating is already a pretty good warning but this specific piece of info should also help.Desired Settlement: Remove me from mailing list.

Review: I placed an order for [redacted] June 20, 2014. I received a confirmation that the order shipped 6/22. On July 8th I sent an email questioning delivery. Their response was it could take up to 21 days. On July 16 I again emailed the company and received the response...Dear [redacted],

I am so sorry for the delay. I am having the manufacturer ship out another order

ASAP. If you receive two consider the second on us. I do apologize for the

inconvenience. If there is anything else we can do please let me know!

On July 22nd I responded that I was no longer interested in getting the product, please send refund. Never received a response. I then contacted my credit card company, and disputed the charge.

On August 23,2014 I received via [redacted] a 1oz package [redacted] which only contained a receipt for the June 20th purchase [redacted]) which to date I have not received. I have declined this charge with my credit card company.

Today I got a call from my credit card company who stated they received a signature for the package received August 23rd. The product I ordered was [redacted]s (well over the 1 ounce package I received). This was one of the most unethical practices I have ever seen.

Review: I ordered cat flea and tick medicine, [redacted], on April 11, 2015 from this company. I got an email for MAAKenterprises on April 13, 2015 stating my order had shipped. I have still not received my order. I have called several times, left messages, and sent an email and have not had anyone from this company contact me. They have charged my credit card for the amount. Order number 163546 placed 4/11/15 at 5:22 PM for $238.39Desired Settlement: I either want my order delivered or my money back. This company needs to be shut down and fined.

Review: I purchased Trifexis for my dog on there site. There phone number doesn't get a customer service agent or can you even leave a message. I have emailed them with no response. They have stolen money from me with no product shipped or explanation on the hold up. No response from there email that shows on their site. I can't even log in anymore and check order status.Desired Settlement: refund my money or ship the product with out delay.

This is the worse company ever. I placed an order. The same day I realized that I place a wrong order. I tried to call them but the voicemail was full so I sent an email to try to stop the "processing of my order". I write again the day after before the order is shipped. I didn't get an answer. A few days later I saw that my order is shipped. I contacted them and I had to write several emails to get one back saying that I will have a return label when I get my order. I got it a month ago, I wrote several times, never got a reply, no return label, nothing. They totally ignore me. So I am still with my "wrong order", still asking for an exchange but I guess I will never get the right product I

I've ordered from MAAK several times in the last 12 months without any problems. My orders for Comfortis came in about 3 weeks, which I expected. It was accurate and the most reasonably priced from what I can see. I have read all the negative comments but never experienced any. I don't understand how people are having so many problems, possibly they don't know how to place an order. Perhaps they should take a ride to WalMart and pay double and not experience any difficulties. The phone is not answered but e-mails are usually answered within 2 days. I am extremely satisfied, especially with the rock bottom prices and will continue to order from MAAK.
