M.A.B. Super Fit

we shipped a custom made ring to Superfit, inc to have one of their arthritic shanks installed, along with the shank that we wanted installed. In the follow up call we were told that the shank arrived, but not the ring that it was to be installed in. The ladies name at Superfit was [redacted] who took my call. The client is livid that her ring (and especially the diamonds) have been lost.
