Appliances that came with our new house were supplied by Mabe, at our two month inspection (dec 10/15) it was identified that the gas range had a gas leakWe were instructed that a service company would contact us within 24-hours after five days I called back as I still had not heard from anyone over the weekendThe service company Mabe works with did not contact me and I had to phone the next two days in a row and was finally instructed the soonest anyone would be out to look would be December The timeline is unacceptable and no alternate solutions were offered, no replacement or loaner deviceThis is still unresolved we are almost a week without range for our family to cook onVery poor timing as we have a two year old and are expecting in februaryKeeping everyone fed with healthy food has been a challenge, and at extra cost, not to mention we won't be hosting any holiday dinners as the will be a service call only and will not be resolved if any parts are requiredAn interim solution from Mabe would have been appreciated
