On 1-17-2014 before noon, Spoke with [redacted](Supv)re: a claim of water leak to my condo on 9-24-2011 that was attatch to my house address as a claim, and therefore it appears that two claims was made om my house and now my insurance is being dropped on my home. after much discussion with my agent([redacted]) at Webbsimpkins insurance via [redacted] who my insurance is with and Mr. [redacted]. I was told by mr. [redacted] that I could file another claim and at that point they could attatch that claim to the claim that occurred on 9-2011, but will add another claim to that policy. I ask, why would I need to make another claim for you(Insurance co.) to remove it from my house policy which should not have been done in the first place? Mr. [redacted] stated in order to move the claim to the correct policy I had to make another claim in order to attatch it to the correct policy. He stated that I would have to talk to my agent to make the change. I called [redacted] with [redacted](my agent) and left VM message explaining the conversation I had with Mr. [redacted]. I have not heard back yet. The initial conversation began on 1-13-2014 after a letter I had receive from [redacted] insurance Exchange on 1-10-2014 stating I was being dropped for claim frequency as they put it. I sent a letter to Ohio director of Inusrance in columbus, ohio, informing them of the mistake that has occurred on the claims. One claim was in 2008 and the other happened in 2013, but they have charged another claim that occured with my condo ( different policy ) to my home(poilcy)and you can only send a letter of dispute 9no phone calls). I have been shuffled around to multiple agents: I was told to speak with [redacted](my agent) [redacted] refer me to [redacted] (adjuster) [redacted] refered me back to my agent ([redacted] then sent me to [redacted]'s Supv.(Mr. [redacted]) I have spoke with [redacted] @ corporate office in PA, as well as [redacted] in fraud/claims dept. I have been with [redacted]/webb-simpkins for more than 25 years. My cars, home and condos is with [redacted]ins.....
