On the 26th day of May of approximately around 4:pm this customer arrived at my business, located at *** in Delano CaThis customer demanded a refund for a window tint service, I began to ask what the source of the problem
was, if there had been a pealing or physical damage that had happened to the window tint, or the reason why he asked for a refundHis answer was that everything was fine with the window tint, but that he wasn't content with how the tint ascetically appeared in colorWe proceeded to remind him that the window tint was completely chosen by the customer himself with prior knowledge on the aspects of such tintWe also explained to him that what he had purchased was the service in labor and such labor is non refundable and that we guarantee any defect in the tint that is appliedI gave him the option of reinstalling a new tint if he so desired, the answer was negative and he repeated that he was only interested in a complete refundBefore this I had asked him for the receipt that we had provided him the day of the purchase to clearly show him that the receipt stated the purchase of a service in labor, the customer then failed to show me such receiptThis customer then raised his tone of voice and presented himself aggressively, arguing that the job had been done five days priorWe then explained that the policies of Mac Audio are stated in the receipt and there it states that all claims must be accompanied by the receipt of the purchase in which the claim is being madeThis customer then very rapidly and aggressively approached me to the point where he was very closely in front of meHe then grabbed his cell phone and began recording me, I tried to approach the situation asking him to please stop recording me, then realized he had no intent of stopping so I decided to remain silent in order avoid his provocationsI must also add that we have a closed circuit monitoring video recording surveillance system which provides evidence of everything I am stating hereThis situation is very uncomfortable for us since one of our priorities at Mac Audio is respect to our customers, and we would never react negatively or offensive to any of our customers since they are the reason we existMac Audio is open to any dialogue or questions the customer has, as well as a complete refund with no questions asked

The owner of the shop gave me a receipt which I do have and he did not ask me for it at the time when I went to tell him about the problem on the receipt it only says the name of the shop how much are paid and what percentage I wanted my windows at also he was the one to approach me first and then he proceeded to get loud with me I told him that that is not a professional way to talk to a customer if he has security cameras like he says it will be clear to see that he was the one who approached me first in an aggressive way

Just like I stated before I am uncomfortable with this situation concerning the satisfaction of our customer, but we are ready for the moment the customer is ready to come to our business with the original receipt to completely refund him the money he payed for the jobI must restate no questions asked and nothing else to sayThank you
