1. I will send a check back to the ***'s for the $1,000.00. This was for the Aerobic system extra for hitting rock! The rock Extra that should be billed is $2,225.002. The $for the Third Party Warranty is just that it cant be refunded due to the fact that we purchased
the Third Party Warranty from Structure Home Warranty for $802.82+$Renewal fee! This process takes time to put in place.3. The punch list was completed by MAC Built,Inc. the last item done was outside removing piles of rock and dirt for the ownerWith that, the final grade was completed by the dirt contractor.I also have a fireplace key that will be dropped of by the front door this week!

These items are all complete.

I did not respond to this complaint as based on “Message from Business” below,    I was assuming the check would be received, warranty received,  etc.    – but it has not,   nor has paperwork been to provided to the warranty company,  etc.
