I am writing this letter in response to a complaint filed by *** *** on 8/12/
There are a few additional facts that need to be brought upThere was an error on MAC Constructions part, of
giving two blank contracts to a gentleman who was considering working for MAC ConstructionHe was not working for MAC Construction when he obtained a signed contract from Ms***, but since it was signed a MAC Construction contract we went ahead and decided to honor the signed contract for the roof, gutters, and paint
With regard to the roof the insurance paid for a year shingle to be put on the roofIt is MAC policy to only put on a lifetime shingle so that is what Ms*** has on her roofThe gutters have been installedAs for the painting the insurance only paid for half of the paint due to deferred maintenanceIt was understood by all parties that the siding was to be taken care of by the homeowners
As far as MAC Construction is concerned all work has been completed and we are closing this file
