I noticed MAC Contracting responded yesterday:
"Mr***' roof was completed nearly a year ago
His siding took time because we were negotiating with insurance companyHis siding job will be done within the next two weeks
The siding here ordered is special order only."
Everything about Brett M***'s response is a lieThe roof was approved over a year agoMaterials arrived October 14th, and sat on my roofA team did not arrive to install the roof until November 10th
He says the material I requested is special order, but he isn't saying why he hasn't ordered it yetOr why it is taking him a yearHe may site catastrophic weather conditions, which would also be a lieOn November 3rd, I sent a text inquiring if he ordered siding materials and squared costs away with his subcontractorHe responded it was already doneIt was a lie then, and it's a lie now
Also notice how he didn't respond to the SHAM he performed on March 18th
Thanks,

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/05/19) */
This is the most ludicrous complaint I've ever seen.
Mr. [redacted] is under a 90 day contract and isn't even close to the said expiration.
Furthermore, Mr. [redacted]'s claim was denied when handled by another company nearly two years ago. We...

then found Mr. [redacted] (he did not find us) and we were able to get his claim approved.
Instead of being grateful for what we did for him he's going to file a complaint while we're still within the confines of our contract?
I spoke to Mr. [redacted] yesterday and everything seemed to be good... I'm hoping that this complaint was filed before then.
I will submit this complaint to our legal department for review.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/05/20) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The complaint was indeed filed before the conversation with Mr. [redacted]; the point being that if we were able to contact a representative of the company within the previous 6 weeks it could have been avoided. No response to multiple messages and a change to the company name understandabley created concern.
We still have not been able to get an expected date for completion of the contract, which was the information required that initiated this process.
I'm willing to move forward if some confirmation of a time frame can reliably be provided as requested.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2015/06/02) */
I personally spoke to Mr. [redacted] two weeks ago and informed him that there were several projects in front of his. He seemed to understand. I also made it clear that we are well within the confines of our 90 day contract. He seemed to understand this as well.
I'm hoping this is just a communication issue. Please have Mr. [redacted] call me on my cell phone at (please react from the public record) [redacted]. If Mr. [redacted] is leaving voicemails at my office, please be advised that this is our busy season and I am in the fields days at a time. Contacting me on my cell is best.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/04/24) */
I believe Mr. [redacted] and I have resolved any communication issues via email, after a long game of phone tag. Please confirm with the consumer that an issue still exists.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/04/28) */
(The consumer...

indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The issue is not resolved until my roof is replaced. Communicating a few times by email and receiving new promises does not resolve my issue.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/04/29) */
We delivered materials to 5 job sites in [redacted] in the last week. One to your City Councilman..... So to say we have no intention of doing the job is just silly. We've installed thousands of roofs -- I think you've been watching to much TV.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2015/04/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
You can make a joke of it all you like. Fix my roof as you promised you would.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/06/03) */
Ms. [redacted]'s roof began this week.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/06/11) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Roof not started last week nor this week, he called everyday saying...

delivery will be today or tomorrow, it is still "tomorrow" that never comes, if he has no explanation he turn off a phone. May 31 deadline passed, I need full refund.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 24, 2015/08/11) */
I received mail from Law office [redacted] LLC on behalf [redacted], inc dba [redacted] amount of claim $4,407.64 for Mechanic's Lien to my property for roof replacement. I paid Forza Restoration Group Inc. (former Mac Contracting) in full. I do not know what else I could expect from Mac Contracting, Seems nothing ended. Talking to supplier also a headache, they are don't understand that I am victim here too. MAC Contracting owes money to supplier and they came to me trying to get money from me for the work that I already paid in Sep 2014 to Mac Contracting. I am really tired and very frustrated. I may need to hire attorney to deal with it: to remove lien of my property. I already paid for the work in full. Mac Contracting is a very difficult company, if I ever know that, I would never do business with Mac Contracting (currently Forza Restoration Group).

We already provided Ms. [redacted] with the form that she needs to fill out and send to the supplier.
Per the Ohio Revised Code the supplier will have 30 days to remove the lien.
There's not much more I can do than this. We didn't apply this nonsense lien.
