Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/05/19) */ This is the most ludicrous complaint I've ever seen Mr [redacted] is under a day contract and isn't even close to the said expiration Furthermore, Mr***'s claim was denied when handled by another company nearly two years agoWe then found Mr [redacted] (he did not find us) and we were able to get his claim approved Instead of being grateful for what we did for him he's going to file a complaint while we're still within the confines of our contract? We are disputing her complaintTo the best of my recollection, she left satisfiedThat being said, we did have multiple issues with this consumerWe know her personally, I baby sit her kidsShe's got a violent temper, she reads into things and takes things the wrong wayThere's no talking to herShe's been asked not to go in to several other businessesWe've even asked her to leave our salon beforeThe Saturday before she filed her complaint, she called about an emergency service for her and her three childrenAfter she came to the salon, she left her kids here for a long time with no supervision (against our policy)She was in such a rush, she wanted to jump the line and asked about express service (we don't do that)Our Saturdays are very busy, we were packed that day, and she said whatever she could to get in that dayI myself colored her hairShe has a barber cut from a barber somewhere else (very short cut) so she was pre-cut when she arrivedShe was wanting to lift her hair to blonde in one sitting, we can't do that because if we lift it too many shades she would have hair lossSo we lifted it as many shades as we could responsibly and added a tonerWe styled her very short hair by brushing it, applying styling gel/pomade She seemed happy, she's been here several times beforeWe did not shampoo her children's hair because 1) she was in such a rush 2) she'd told her that their hair had recently been shampooedBecause we were doing a retwist, we didn't want to over -shampoo their hair because it can get too softShe's never contacted us about any problem with her experience on that visit so we had no idea she was unhappy with itWe're fine returning her $30; her husband's office is close by and we can take a money order thereWe would like no more professional contact with the complainant

Because we were doing a retwist, we didn't want to over -shampoo their hair because it can get too soft.
