Review: I was instructed to give an earnest payment of $1000.00 per the contract which the broker refuses to return the full amount per the contract. if the home didn't go through for purchase the earnest money would be returned. I had already paid for the inspection and appraisal and am not receiving a refund for that however per the contract I [redacted] was entitled to receive the earnest money back which the co mac doc reality and [redacted] Mac Doc reality broker refuses to return to me.Desired Settlement: refund the full amount of 1000.00 per the contract agreement
