The Social Security Administration sent a deposit with incorrect account information. Once receiving a call from our member who was missing stated funds, we researched the deposit to discover that it was deposited to Ms*** account (the wrong account). We received documentation from
the SSA correcting the account number information so the deposits would be routed to the correct account. During the time we were in contact with Ms*** making her aware of the situation and that we would need to collect the funds from her. We have done this as we are required to do
