I responded to their request to troubleshoot inconsistencies in electrical circuits, and to replace a light switch/timer*** and ***,
both, told me that they had problems with electrical circuits since they moved in
I installed the switch/timer and tested it manuallyIt made the light function, and *** said that he would set the time schedule for it
I tried to determine two other problems, and was unsuccessful in the time I had allotted
I returned the next day for hours, and still did not solve the problemI then told them I would return and volunteer two hours of my time at no charge to solve the issue
*** *** and I agreed upon a reduced sum for my time spent in troubleshooting, and that the time spent troubleshooting a problem may not easily, or always, provide a solution
I did my best at the time, and offered free time, and reduced the invoice by about half, which *** acknowledged, and paid
