This must be for our Ford store I am a Dodge dealer and we don't sell new Fords

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response I greatly appreciate your generous off of detailing my car and the $gift certificate However all I really want is for you to fix the damage you did to my car that was done while replacing the air bag I only made the point about the dirt and grease being on the steering wheel was because the guys at the dealership said they couldn't have damaged the steering wheel because they wouldn't have touched it in the area that was scratched which isn't correct since this same area was covered with the dirtI would also like to get an apology from your service manager who completely disrespected me by walking away from me in the middle of of conversation about this issue I have spent over $20,at your dealership and would hope you treat your customers with more respect than thisThanks *** Regards, [redacted]

this truck (F250) was sold a year and a half ago on 4-11-with 181,miles on itthe truck has been used to haul heavy trailers,etcper Mr ***the truck now has 209,miles on it

The engine comes with year warranty on all internal lubricated partsunfortunately plugs are not coveredvehicle is years old and over 125kFord has no assistance past 7yr/125k miles.the dealer has discounted repair cost

I emailed [redacted] a cancellation request on March 10, 2015 in response to his complaint. I did not receive a reply. I called him on March 11, 2015 to follow up to make sure he recieved my email. He stated that he did receive my email and he will get the cancellation back to me. I let him know...

that his cancellation will be dated as of the date the vehicle was traded in as stated on the odometer statement. As of March 17, 2015 I have not received a reply email or any cancellation paperwork from [redacted]. Nor have I received any phone calls with questions. My phone number is displayed in the signature of my email.

The air bag has two screws on the back of the wheel which we remove, take out the old air bag, put the new air bag in and replace two screws. The only tool needed is a simple screw driver. Not sure how we could have scratched the area your decsribing but If it will make you...

I am rejecting this response because: it was used to haul a 30 foot travel trailer and the purpose of buying a F250 is to haul things.  It had issues from the time we picked it up and the filters and fluids were not changed as promised.  If addition, their "resolution" of selling a $23k truck for $46k appears to be deceptive at the least if not outright fraud since nobody could or would explain to me where the $9k that I could not account for.  If not resolved by the dealership I will seek legal remedies as well as reporting Deceptive Trade practices to the Federal Trade Commission.

I truly am sorry about any excess dirt or grease we may have gotten on the wheel. It is never our intention and I appoligize if we didn't clean up something properly. I would be glad to detatil the inside of your entire car. The technician is Ford Certified in full electrical and trim which includes airbags. Ford does not recognize ASE  mechanic certifcation on recalls. Again I appoligize about any confusion or damage. How about I send a $100. gift certificate to your residence? Have a Merry Christmas
