The response from this company does not surprise me, There are so many lies to it, it will be hard to cover them allTo start with, [redacted] to not give me a rough estimate, I told her I had a 'CasH' itThere is an area I did ask [redacted] where I had had ground pushed off if it could be soddedShe stated that it couldn't be done as the sod would never grow there as it was too shaded and that they could seed it with high shade grass seedwell, they sodded this area instead of seeding it and true to her word, the while area is dead and will not grow grassnot once did she say she could not make Attention: [redacted]
Dear [redacted],
In response to the second complaint filed by [redacted] please see my response below. MacIntosh Landscaping is a family owned and operated business which has served this community for more than 50 years. We are members of Landscape Nova Scotia and adhere to their installation guidelines. We also follow specific manufacturer's guidelines for product installations.
In every landscape project, we as professionals must deal with the individual site to determine surrounding grades, existing infrastructure as well as existing hardscape features. In the case of this project our predetermined grades were the foundation of the house, the bottom step of the existing wooden patio deck the surrounding grades around the perimeter of the property, the exiting trees and the driveway.
This project as well as the thousands of projects we have completed over the 50 years we have been in business was completed with the same standard.
